If you have time, we would recommend that you tried to visit all the parks, as they are all fantastic. Disney Springs has recently undertaken a massive refurbishment program, and now houses everything Disney, there is 103 shops, 66 restaurants and dining areas and 29 attractions and shows. Disney springs is open from around 10am and closes late evening.
